While
Armada looks to vendor partners to provide required hardware
if needed, it is the officers and agency personnel we serve
who help define iLincs. We continually gather feedback during
user group meetings and from direct contact with our end-users—via
iLincs on-line feedback forum, email, phone, and in-person
interaction. With this information we have been able to
further respond to the needs of the law enforcement community.
To create a truly user-friendly system, the user must play
a role in the development process…a simple concept,
but one that is often lost on vendors in this space.
We are grateful to our users, the law enforcement agents,
for their voice. The results can be seen in the application
each month. We look forward to their continued suggestions,
feedback, and support. And, we welcome your voice as an
